  • Grand-Cordon-Rosé-Behind-Cuvée

  • Rosé champagnes have a long history at Maison Mumm. Early in the 19th century, the father of Georges Hermann Mumm was already producing a well-regarded “oeil de perdrix” champagne (its deep pink hue recalled the color of a partridge’s eye, hence the name).

    The avant-garde bottle of Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé has no label (a first for Champagne): instead, the House’s iconic red ribbon is engraved directly into the glass, a technical feat conceived and achieved in collaboration with a ward-winning designer.
