Embodying a unique personality for a rosé champagne, Mumm Rosé has the strength and structure of Pinot Noir, the signature grape of Maison Mumm, balanced with the elegance of Chardonnay and the fruitiness of Meunier. A proportion of red wine brings intensity and notes of forest fruits to this luminous cuvée to create a rosé that is at once elegant, light, intense, and fresh. Light-hearted Mumm Rosé reveals its charms as an apéritif, but the bright berry notes also complement a wide range of dishes, including simple seasonal starters such as seafood, fresh cheeses and salmon marinated with fresh cranberries. Mumm Rosé champagne conjures visions of sunny days and spontaneous meet-ups. Its radiant personality recalls roof-top barbecues and leisurely brunches when friends linger to chat, laugh, and welcome the GoldenHour, watching the afternoon light melt into sunset.
The pale salmon-pink robe with glints of orange glows invitingly, animated by a lively stream of bubbles.
Appealingly light and fresh, it releases notes of candied berries: intense, fruity aromas of straw-berry and fresh red currants backed with a bit of sweet spice and a subtle yet luscious hint of red-berry coulis.
A vivacious initial impression: energetic, bracing and fresh. Elegantly structured, it delivers flavors of fragrant summer fruits and a long, bright finish, balanced by the sweetness of red berries.
A rosé champagne that unites the intensity of pinot noir with the elegance and freshness of the grape’s wild-berry aromas. A faithful reflection of maison mumm’s terroirs.
The story of Maison Mumm is one of legendary terroirs and of a bold, distinctive grape: Pinot Noir.
With its power and rich, elegant fruit, the black grape takes pride of place in the House’s classic blends, to which Chardonnay and Meunier grapes add their inimitable floral and fruity notes.

This creamy rosé is round and balanced, with a bright back bone of snappy acidity driving flavors of candied pink grapefruit zest, tasted brioche, melon and spice. Lingering, smoke-tinged finish.

Rosé champagnes have a long history at Maison Mumm.
Early in the 19th century, the father of Georges Hermann Mumm was already producing a well-regarded “oeil de perdrix” champagne (its deep pink hue recalled the color of a partridge’s eye, hence the name). The first Mumm Cordon Rosé cuvée was released in 1952 by René Lalou, president and key figure of the House in the 20th century.
Mumm Cordon Rosé was even served at the table of the Elysée Palace, a tribute to its excellence.
In 1958, the painter Léonard Foujita designed a rose to decorate the House’s rosé champagne bottles. Today found on the capsule of Mumm’s 75 cl bottles, the sophisticated motif continues to echo the freshness and intensity of this elegant wine.
A blend of more than 120 crus and still red wines, Mumm Le Rosé reflects the richness of its exceptional terroir and of the House’s expertise.
The pale salmon color and delicate bubbles pave the way for the champagne’s vivacity, while the seductive nose expresses aromas of red fruits underscored by a hint of spices and a subtle note of red fruit coulis. Ideal as an aperitif, Mumm Le Rosé also offers the opportunity for original champagne and food pairings throughout a meal, providing a beautiful accompaniment to marinated salmon, seafood or fresh goat’s cheese.
