In a newly redesigned space that sparks curiosity, La Table des Chefs invites guests on a gastronomic adventure to discover a community of young culinary talents. For the first time in Reims and the Champagne region, this chef residency offers a year-round opportunity for a unique experience of sharing and exploration.

Chosen for their diverse influences and culinary creativity, both established and emerging chefs will take turns in the kitchen every three months, crafting an exclusive menu designed specifically for La Table des Chefs. They will present a diverse, inventive, and surprising cuisine, pushing the boundaries of flavor pairings and culinary expression.
