  • INGREDIENTS
    • 60 ml — 2.oz Grand Cordon
    • 15 ml — 1/2 oz Martell Cognac
    • 15 ml — 1/2 oz Triple Sec
    • 10 ml — 1/3 oz Fresh lemon juice

Story

This elegant riff of the sidecar was created in London and the recipe was first published in 1935 by the U.K. bartenders’ guild

Method

In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients (except champagne) fill with ice and shake well fine strain into a champagne coupe complete with Grand Cordon

Tip

Use ice cubes which are as cold as possible to prevent excessive dilution
