INGREDIENTS
• 90 ml — 3 oz Grand Cordon
• 5 ml Demerara sugar syrop
• 2 Small dashes of aromatic bitters
• Orange Peel – Amanera cherry
Story
Simply a champagne cocktail served over ice. This is the perfect low-abv old fashioned
Method
In an old fashioned glass put sugar and bitters, add ice fill up with Grand Cordon and stir gently twist orange peel over and garnish with cherry
Tip
To make homemade demerara syrup simply dissolve 1 cup of demerara sugar into 1 cup of boiling water
