Recipe

  • INGREDIENTS
    • 60 ml — 2 oz Grand Cordon
    • 2 Scoops coconut sorbet
    • 40 ml – 1.5 oz Homemade pineapple cordial*
    • 40 ml – 1.5 oz Fresh pineapple juice
    • 15 ml — 3/4 oz White agricole rum
    • 15 ml — 1/4 oz White rum

Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Chris Moore in London, UK

Method

In a blender add all ingredients (except champagne) fill with the same volume of crushed ice blend until frozen, strain into highball glass, pre-charged with Grand Cordon garnish with coconut flakes

Tip

*to make the homemade pineapple cordial mix 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice with 1 cup of caster sugar, and add 2% of citric acid
