Ingredients
- 500 g fresh strawberries
- 100 g sugar
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1 lime (zest)
- 100 g flour
- 50 g cold butter
- 50 g icing sugar
Recipe
Preparation steps:
- Blend the strawberries with the sugar and basil, then churn to make sorbet.
2. Prepare a crumble by mixing flour, icing sugar, and cold butter, crumble onto a baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F until golden brown.
3. Serve the sorbet with a little warm crumble, sprinkled with lime zest.
