Gourmet Menu & Champagne Pairings

Your guests begin this exceptional experience with a refined aperitif, followed by a four-course tasting menu where seasonal dishes create a dialogue with delicate aromas. Each course is carefully crafted to enhance the flavors of the dishes and highlight the elegance of the selected cuvées. Depending on your preferences, four cuvées from Maison Mumm or the RSRV collection will be recommended. The wine list is available upon request.

The Maison Cordon Rouge can accommodate up to 30 guests indoors for a gourmet meal. In this historic residence where hospitality is an art form, the lounges pay tribute to the House’s heritage: unique and precious objects, evocations of distant lands and contemporary travels, works by Champagne artisans and artists from around the world – the décor invites you to escape.

When the warmer months arrive, celebrations move to the terrace or landscaped garden, planted with a variety of decorative and fruit trees, whose harvests supply the kitchens on-site.

Each meal becomes a unique experience, combining the discovery of an exceptional venue with a four-course tasting menu perfectly paired with exceptional Champagnes.
