• 120 ml — 4 oz Grand Cordon Rosé
• 2 tsp Caster Sugar
• 15 ml — 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 20 ml — 1/4 oz Gin lemon peel

In a highball glass put sugar, lemon juice, and gin, fill with ice complete with Grand Cordon Rosé stir gently and garnish with lemon
Tip
Use ice cubes which are as cold as possible to prevent excessive dilution
