By entering the VIP TRIP TO THE F1 MONACO GRAND PRIX contest (the “Contest”), and in consideration of the opportunity for the entrant to win a prize (as defined below), the entrant agrees to the following terms and conditions.


The Sponsor is the company G.H. MUMM ET CIE, SOCIETE VINICOLE DE CHAMPAGNE, SUCCESSEUR (“G.H. Mumm” or the “Sponsor”), a French company, having its registered office at 29 rue du Champ de Mars, 51100 Reims, France, registered at the Registry of Trade and Companies of Reims under number 562 084 129. The Administrator of the Contest is Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (the “Administrator”), 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, New York, 11747 USA.

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the Contest), which is subject to the terms and conditions of these official rules (the “Official Rules”). This Contest takes place in the context of a collaboration with the French artist David Guetta.

The Contest is available on the website of the Sponsor at the following URL (the “Website”).


The Contest begins at 12:00 pm Central European Time (“C.E.T.”) on October 15, 2014 and ends at 12:00 am C.E.T. on January 31, 2015 (the “Contest Period”).


This Contest is open to all natural persons residing in Andorra, Angola, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Cameroon, Colombia, Finland, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Nigeria, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the United States and the District of Columbia  who are the age of majority in their country of residency and of legal drinking age with respect to the alcohol legislation in their country of residency at the date they enter the Contest (the “Entrant”).

The following persons are not eligible for the Contest: the employees of G.H. MUMM, Administrator, or their parent, affiliate or subsidiary companies, or any other person or entity related to the Contest, and in particular:

  • any individual who has been employed by or performed services for G.H. MUMM (including, but not limited to employees, contractors, officers, directors, interns), or any of its subsidiary, affiliated or successor companies;
  • any individual involved in the creation, administration, development, maintenance and execution of the Website (including but not limited to web designers, advertising and/or promotion agencies, officers, directors, interns);
  • any individual involved in the administration, development, and execution of this Contest (including but not limited to distributors, web designers, advertising and/or promotion agencies, officers, directors, interns);
  • the immediate family members of the abovementioned individuals, including without limitation spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and "steps" of each, and those living in the same household of any of the abovementioned individuals.

The Entrant authorizes the Sponsor to verify his/her identity prior to receiving the prize.

TWO via Youtube:

The Entrant shall access the Official David Guetta Youtube Channel at and click on the “Dangerous” custom page. The Entrant shall then click on the section “WIN AN ALL ACCESS VIP PASS TO THE F1 MONACO GRAND PRIX” and will find a direct link to the Website.

THREE via Twitter:

The Entrant shall use the #shareyourvictory on Twitter and will receive a reply tweet from @GHMUMM with the link to visit the Website.

2.      Once the Entrant has accessed the Website, the Entrant shall click on the “Subscribe” button accessible on the Website in order to be redirected to the submission form and complete the mandatory fields that need to be completed in order to participate to the Contest.

3.      The Entrant must first complete her/his “country of residence”. In the event her/his country of residence is not one of the participating countries in this Contest, the Entrant will be informed that she/he cannot continue participating to the Contest since persons residing outside the eligible countries are excluded from the Contest.

4.      The Entrant must then fill out her/his “date of birth”. In the event the age of the Entrant does not correspond to the legal age of majority in her/his country of residency and to the legal drinking age with respect to the alcohol legislation in her/his country of residency, the Entrant will be informed that she/he cannot continue to participate in the Contest since persons who are not of legal age in their country of residency and not of legal drinking age with respect to the alcohol legislation in their country of residency are excluded from the Contest. The Entrant will also have to complete some personal information (first name, last name, e-mail address, postal address) in order to validate her/his participation to the Contest and for prize fulfilment.

5.      The Entrant must then complete the section of the form where they can write about the best victory they ever experienced (the “Submission”). Submission must be 500 characters or less and the Entrant may attach an image (the “Attachment”) of no more than 1GB to illustrate the Submission.

6.      The Entrant shall confirm, by checking a box, acknowledging and accepting the Official Rules and then clicking on the “Participate” button complete their Entry (the “Entry”) into the Contest.

7.      In order for the Entry to be valid, the Entrant must provide correct contact information when completing the sign-up process. If the Entrant’s contact information changes during the Contest Period, the Entrant must provide updated details to the Sponsor.

Any Entry deemed inappropriate or containing unsuitable text or images, in Sponsor’s sole discretion will be disqualified. Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or violates any proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, sexual in nature, or is otherwise objectionable, will disqualify the Entrant as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No endorsement or approval of Contest by Twitter are expressed or implied.  All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.  By submitting an Entry, you hereby grant the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the right to use, reproduce, edit, market, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Entry/Tweet (except the Attachment), as such may be edited and modified by the Sponsor in its discretion, for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes (including posting on any other websites).


The Sponsor reserves the right to disregard any entry from an Entrant who attempts to enter more than once as multiple Entrants.


One winner (the “Winner”) will be determined on or about February 15, 2015 from among all Entries received by judges selected by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Contest, based on the following criteria: 20% Originality ; 20% Amusement ; 20% Unpredictability; 20% Amount of risk in victory ; and 20% Relevance to Theme. In the event of a tie score, the tied Entries will be re-judged based solely on Originality.

The Winner will be informed by e-mail within seven (7) calendar days from Winner determination, (i.e. between February 16 and 22, 2015) by e-mail at the address provided in the registration.

By entering, the Winner agrees that G.H. MUMM may use their first name, last name, entry and image and more generally any information related to them using any medium for a period of 5 months from the end of the Contest in any event related to the Contest, without further consideration than the prize won.


The Contest gives the entrants the possibility to win a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) persons to Monaco during the Grand Prix in 2015 [including business class air transportation, three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (full board) and an access to the Paddock Club located on the premises of the Grand Prix circuit], as described in detail below.


The prize of the Contest (the “Prize”) is defined as follows:

The Winner will be awarded a four (4) days/three (3) night trip for two (2) to Monaco amounting to a maximum value of 28.000 € (or approximately USD $36,000 as of September 20, 2014) for two persons from Friday May 22, 2015 through Monday May 25, 2015.

The Prize includes:

  • The round trip air transportation (in Business class) from the international airport closest to the residence of Winner or by train (in First class), if shorter and agreed to by the Winner, to Nice (France) and ground transportation from Nice to the hotel;
  • A stay at a hotel close to Monaco, such as Saint Jean de Cap Ferrat or comparable, four (4) days, three (3) nights (full board) from Friday May 22, 2015 until Monday May 25, 2015 in a “Relais & Châteaux” hotel (4 stars or equivalent at best) including daily ground transportation to/from Monaco to hotel;
  • Access to the Paddock Club located on the premises of the Grand Prix circuit on Saturday May 23, 2015 and on Sunday May 24, 2015.

Any other service is excluded and will be at the Winner’s sole expense.

G.H. MUMM reserves the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to substitute the Prize by a prize of equivalent kind and value, whether in cash or otherwise, without prior notification in the event of the unavailability of any element of the Prize for any reason whatsoever. In this case, G.H. MUMM will not be liable for damages. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable or convertible into cash and may not be sold, traded or transferred.

Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner and travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government issued photo ID, passport) in order to travel. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Certain restrictions apply. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or Prize will be forfeited. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen travel vouchers or certificates. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, meals, ground transportation, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, entertainment and transfers, are Winner's sole responsibility. No substitution or transfer of Prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute Prize (or portion of Prize) of equal or greater value in the event the Prize is unavailable or cancelled for reasons out of Sponsor’s control. Winner will be responsible for any other costs or expenses associated with the Prize, including payment of applicable taxes, including income tax. Travel companion must be the legal age of majority in her/his country of residency and the legal drinking age with respect to the alcohol legislation in her/his country of residency as of date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents.


The Winner must make the necessary arrangements to accept the Prize within thirty (30) days after the notification via e-mail. Otherwise, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another Winner. Potential Winner will be required to sign and return to, a Confirmation of Eligibility and liability and publicity release and assignment of rights (“Confirmation”), except where prohibited, within thirty (30) days of notification. If Prize Winner fails to return the completed Confirmation within thirty (30) days, Confirmation is returned as undeliverable or if potential Prize Winner is deemed to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be determined, time permitting. Declaration will be sent to the potential Prize Winner via email.


The personal data collected in the participation form is mandatory data. All personal data submitted by the Entrants will be used by G.H. MUMM for the sole purpose of the Entrants’ participation in the Contest, the management of the Winner, the award of the Prize, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and in order to send you newsletters about the Sponsor if you have agreed to receive such newsletters.

The recipient of your personal data is G.H. MUMM. For the storage and processing of your personal data, G.H. MUMM can also transfer your personal data to external recipients located in the United States. G.H. MUMM implements appropriate measures to secure the transfer of your personal data to those external recipients. In particular, those transfers are only made to external recipients which are certified to the Safe Harbor program. The personal data will only be stored for the duration of the Contest and will exclusively be used for the Contest’s needs and to send you newsletters if you have agreed to receive such newsletter. It will not be used for sales purposes.

According to the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended in 2004, the Entrants have a right to oppose, access, modify, correct and delete their personal data by writing to


By participating in the Contest, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements specified in these Official Rules. These Official Rules shall prevail should there be any discrepancies with respect to any Contest promotional materials. All details and other restrictions regarding the Contest not specified in these Official Rules shall be determined by G.H. MUMM in its sole discretion.


The Entrants agree that G.H. MUMM shall not be liable for any loss resulting from participation in the Contest, or acceptance or use of the Prize, or any item related thereto.

The Prize Winner or his/her travel companion while participating in any Prize related activities, do so at their own discretion and agree to hold Sponsor and its agencies harmless from any subsequent damages or third party claims arising out of or related to such participation. The Sponsor may at its sole discretion decide to disqualify the Prize Winner and/or his/her travel companion from any Prize-related activities if their behavior is not appropriate with respect to such activities (e.g. obscene or violent behavior or unfavorable conduct) and the venues (e.g. The Paddock Club).

If for any reason the Contest is not able to be run as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes technical or not which corrupt, prevent or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, G.H. MUMM reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any indemnification, to cancel, modify, postpone, extend or shorten the Contest in full or in part. Any modification related to the Contest will in particular be announced on the Website. In the event of cancellation, Winner will be determined from all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation.

No liability or responsibility is assumed by G.H. MUMM resulting from the Entrants’ participation in or attempt to participate in the Contest or downloading any information in connection with participation in the Contest.


No responsibility or liability is assumed by G.H. MUMM  for technical problems or technical malfunction which may affect the operation of the Contest, including but not limited to any of the following occurrences: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any email transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted email transmissions; inaccessibility of the Website, in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestions on the Internet or the Website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Website, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Contest, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an account used in connection with the Contest.





By entering the Contest, the Entrants agree that:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States in the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
